i bought ssl cert

will this form be secure?

no it doesn't need to have any thing
as long as they are filling up the form located on a URL which starts with HTTPS:// then your form is secure

just because it is used over SSL, doesn't mean the script itself is secure.
Sure, the data transmission from the client to server will be secure, but a malicious user could still take advantage of bugs in the script.
