Yea, I have a project needing done. Its simple enough. Just multipage 3 step PHP form, just collecting client information, no credit card or other billing. If your interested in something like this give me a PM.

You would have to work to a time schedule and make it secure enough when connecting to the MySQL DB, correct use of escape strings etc.

Just a note: I'm a professional, US based developer. I get things done on time, without excuses - and I don't work for Indian rates ;-)
