Perm Wikipedia ban and search engine penalty

I was just updating some entries on wiki as you do and got a bit greedy and updated some popular posts. Which got me caught by one of the editors.

The message I got from the guy that corrected the entries noted that my website would be banned permanently from Wikipedia but also will have a search engine penalty if i try to edit entries again.

Since I am relatively a noob, are those two options even exists or his just full of crap?
 


Nah, it's BS. You can lock out edits on single pages, but that's about it. And it's not really a loss if your website was gonna only keep playing "I'm here til you catch me" game.
