Payment processors for legal highs niche?

I've got an opportunity to set up some legal highs sites selling a wide variety of quality organic/herbal highs products. Unfortunately I'm having a hard time finding any payment processors that will touch these kind of products. Does anyone here know of any that will?
 


As far as I know, 2checkout can take on this kind of stuff! Probably they will run a review first. E-Junkie can also be a good choice.
 
Nothing affiliated with Wells Fargo as the final bank is going to go through, just fyi. They informed everyone down stream about 2 years ago, since at the federal level, its illegal, even if you are in a state its legal in, its not allow. Once the federal lets it, then they will allow it.

2nd, i got clients in this industry. Don't PM. Since it is difficult most aren't going to say on a public forum, where they are processing... Cause essentially they will be helping the competition. I'd rather not out my own clients, so I'll give you a suggestion which I've seen for competitors.

Try offshore. Good luck bro.

I already have Visa/MC "high risk" offshore processing through a Panamanian bank with a couple of years of processing history but even they won't allow us to sell these kind of products.

The thing is, we won't sell certain products into jurisdictions where they aren't legal, but it seems we're being cock blocked across the board and being told it's for safety/legal reasons as if the card issuers themselves would become liable if someone hurt themselves. Funny thing is that I can buy smokes and booze with my credit cards :rolleyes:

Any other suggestions, I'm all ears.
 
what type of history are we talking about? You'll have a hard time if you can't promise high volume and prove that you can drive it. You have to appeal to their greed.

However, you need a merchant processor that deals with smoking and stuff I'd presume

There was a 60 Minutes piece somewhat related to payment processing for medicinal / herbal products and basically said no bank can support processing this industry or they'll get hit with Federal charges.

My processing history is in an unrelated niche, but I understand where you're coming from. It's somewhat difficult to promise high volumes right out of the gate on freshly launched sites but we plan to grow as quickly as possible.
