I'm currently making $500+ per month with CJ's PayPerCall program. I did have an issue earlier, as one of the advertisers reversed (then refunded) my commissions.

CJ's PPCall program is very nice otherwise. Great interface, with graphs (that don't really give you the stats you want). However, they have a limited number of advertisers. If you're in good standing with CJ, you'll be approved within 24 hours to the call program run by RingRevenue.
