I builtt my phpbay site using the eureka tut but have a question regarding keyword and Page Title, Subject Header, Page URL, Anchor Text SEO?

Using the All-in-One I've created a Page title, then gave a different Header, then have different urls and used different anchor text on the text widget for WP.

ex:

Page Title: Blue Widgets Online
Header: Find Blue Widgets
URL: www. e x a m p l e . com/cheap-blue-widgets
Anchor text: Blue Widget Section

What kind of effect will this have? This is just an ex and my terms are related but should I keep them exact? I kind of feel like if I keep the terms in the mix, keep it related, and not over used it's a positive but I don't know? If it's good I was lucky. It just happened because I was using a keyword tool, having to use different terms for relevant ebay, short but focused urls, and term specific anchors.

Any suggestions or pointers to info would be greatly appreciated.

It will have a good effect.

Now be sure to add content with Blue Widgets in the first sentence of the first paragraph.

phpbay is wordpress right?

If so get the All in One SEO Plug in and use perma links.
Don't use uncategorized or some lame category name!

For PermaLinks structure use /%category%/%postname%/

When you publish a post you'll see an opportunity to edit you permalink- tweak for best SEO.

The further down the url you go the less SEO bang for buck you get.

3ws.yourdomain.com/bluewidgets/best-blue-widgets.html

make a category named bluewidgets.

It will have a good effect.

For PermaLinks structure use /%category%/%postname%/

I've seen this somewhere else as a recommended structure. I personally like the looks of the URL in the format /%category%/%postname% without the trailing slash. Is there really any difference from an SEO standpoint and why?
