overture ppc aff program?

What aff program is it that repackages overture ppc? The urls look like http://rc6.overture.com/d/sr/?xargs=15KPjg1.....[long encoded string]

It's not YPN, because the ads are hardcoded in the HTML, not pulled in by Javascript

Not an aff program, those are sites syndicating the overture xml feed...so domain parking companies, or high traffic content/news sites, etc. can do that...it's not open to everyone, have to contact them privately and work out a deal.
