Outgoing Links on Landing Page Necessary?

I have content and internal links on my landing page, but the only outgoing links I have are cloaked affiliate links (that actually point to pages inside my site before they're redirected)....

Do I need some legit/ trusted outgoing links for QS? or does Google even care about that with Adwords QS?

Out going as in to other sites? No...

It's in Google's best interest that you are profitable in your campaigns, so you keep using them... an outgoing link is bad for conversion in most cases.

But... their interests lie in the visitor too. Is the visitor presented with a page that only has one link... no other options... no privacy policy... no contact us.... no info...

Bad user experience. You need to make it "look" like a real site... or better still make a real site!

I've got multiple articles, contact, info, etc... all on different pages and all linked to each other.

I was just not sure if QS would drop if I didn't have any outgoing links.

The theory I have heard from many sources is that Google likes you giving link love to RELEVANT sites with authority. So, talking about hosting, link to GoDaddy, talking about health, like to WHO or CDC.
