1. Person that can do a general makeover of the site as a one time situation/fee with the possibility of continuous work thereafter. He should be very good in general web design, layout, graphics etc..
Longer Term:
2. The other person would be someone that can drive business to the site by way of weblinks, associate program, etc. This can be short term and/or long term depending on the candidate.
3. The 3rd person who can drive traffic to the site via SEO, etc. This could also be the same person as above.
