A web hosting company with a "direct" affiliate scheme is ignoring my requests for a payout.

I have referred over 150 new clients for them and the balance is low x,xxx

Over a period of months I have contacted them through all the usual channels and mostly been ignored or been told "payment will be made within 24 hours".
Assuming they have cashflow issues have suggested they pay in installments etc but to no avail.

Would you:
A) Go legal?
B) Name and shame ... SEO type campaign
C) Lesson learned, move on.
D) Other.

Define moar plz...

"affiliate scheme"

And if you sent legit leads and all is good.

Hire a lawyer, you already have the upper hand when you do.

Move on, lesson learned too

Classic affiliate scheme really :
cookie based,
refer traffic from my website to their website, if they checkout I get a % of the subscription fee.
They have the option to remove commissions that are deemed fraudulent or subsequently cancelled.

So all legit from my side.

Lessons Learned:
1) Don't use affiliate balance like a bank : Withdraw often.
2) More likely to get paid via networks.

I am going to threaten them with the legal route next....

They have an A+ rating at the BBB. Granted they've only had 6 issues in the last 3 years. I would consider filing a complaint with BBB as they probably care about their rating.
