I have too many projects and while this site has been running in some form since 2009, the market has shifted and adwords aren’t as profitable as they once were, mostly because I don’t have time to optimize the account, do A/B testing, or really any sort of improvements. Back in the day, the business was very profitable with little effort, but currently, throws off low 5 figures in revenue a quarter.

This was written up about 3 years ago in Adobe Air. Probably needs revamped for the modern era. The real value in this is access to the words/definitions/and audio recording of english words that are in xml format and could easily be dumped into a better framework than adobe air.
5. Adwords and google analytics data for these products that go back to 2008 (about 1.3 million clicks in adwords data).
6. An email list of about 17k opt in users, that get emailed monthly in Mailchimp and have for years.
I want to get all this stuff sold off by the end of Feb.
