One KeyWord Per AdGroup ?

Ok I've read all over the place that there should be ONE keyword per adgroup, I just looked over my YSM and would that mean literally creating one adgroup per keyword?
Or is there someway to create mass adgroups at one time.
Maybe this is part of the blood, sweat, and tears you gotta put into this business

One keyword as in one theme "make monies online, make money online, money from online, online job" so that you could DIK as well. And with YSM to upload your .csv file you have to have a premier, or whatever its called, account. But yeah as for now you'll just have to do it by hand.
