On site affiliate disclaimer

I've seen some sites about with a disclaimer saying they may receive a payment for referring people etc.

Any pro's to doing this? Or is cloaking the only thing worth bothering with?

It helps sometimes, esp if someone clicks on an affiliate link and when they reach the site they feel kind of betrayed (I don't know why but some do) thats why if you say that its an aff link then it may instill a bit more of trust in the customer and they know when they are clicking something they are helping you to get paid.
