what does "Page eCPM" mean in plain english? is over 100 good or bad?

are you supposed to put each site in a separate channel to figure out where the clicks come from? again, sorry for not being able to totally figure this out yet

Yes it's a good idea to set up a channel for each page/site that you have adsense on to track how well it's converting for you.
