Got the daily newsletter from domaining dot com and is an advert in it for NowYo accepting 299.00 offers on all listed domains for today only..

Just made offer on a great .com domain for a niche I am heavily invested in which is exact keyword match for 14000 + searches.. can't wait to build it out.. will return that investment in no time...

What does "accepting 299.00 offers" mean anyway? That they will consider an offer at that price, and potentially reject it? Why is that interesting?
