Noob Question about AdCenter

Does MS Adcenter have somewhere to set a spending limit on all accounts.

For some reason my ads aren't showing. I can try to set my CPC to $65.00 and it will still give me an estimated $0.00 spending per month. Two days ago they estimated that I could spend about 6 grand this month, then my traffic died and it shows nothing. Support is usually very helpful, but they are not in this late. Any ideas on what I could check?

I was exaggerating, but the point was that no matter what I try to bid my ads wouldn't display. Part of the reason is that I wanted exact and phrase match, but I forgot to turn broad match off with the stupid adcenter gui. When I turned it off they started showing again. The biggest problem seems to by my ctr. It was 3-4% and then it dropped to .25% when I was messing with my keywords. If people aren't clicking microsoft isn't making any money, so It makes sense that they would drop my ad to nowhere.
