Noob PPC question

Sorry, I dont generally do PPC so this is probably a stupid question. After doing some searches on a topic I find that image ads on some sites then relate to my recent searches. These appear to be ads on the G parter network. Any info on starting with this? I have somethign I'd like to try but cant find anything on a words help.

search the term remarketing. you gotta have a website that their visiting. its highly effective once you get it fine tuned. Good Luck! -Jeff
