Hey every1,

Just a quick question I'm not too sure about.

I've got an offer with the typical: "No bidding on trademarks or misspellings of trademarks" rule.

If I were to bid on "tradeMarkName review" or any other 2nd word after the trademark name, would that be ok?

No trademark bidding means NO trademark bidding at all normally.

Don't fuck with TM bidding, especially if you plan to do volume.

Usually "No Bidding on Trademarks" just means no bidding on that company's trademarks, unless it explicitly states no bidding on ANY trademarks at all.

but you can run it on content network since they can't prove what keywords you're using - so long as you don't do anything stupid like passing it on your url

Talk to the AM - if you can strike up a good relationship with them, they are more open to it. Run the idea past them first, never hurts to ask.
