No accounts triggering from past 24 hours !

I created 4-5 accounts yesterday and today also but none of them is triggering to show ads on google .
I have tried running my products as well as easy to run ones like hotels etc but result is same
Is anyone else facing similar kind of problem .I think this is big adwords bug

i think it's big adwords ban.
 
ok agreed but why am i not able to run friendly ads too .I am doing ppc from past 3 years and this the first time I am facing this issue
 
yes I make lots of accounts daily but with different ips and they run well everytime .the problem just rose 24 hours back
