Looking for a nice, reusable template where you can just switch out the banners for a different niche/industry.

Also, what's the easiest CMS for a content site you can keep building and adding articles to?

I think it is best to get a designer and spend some nice cash on a reusable template, that way you don't have others using it as well and it is unique to you

Well , really most people know there way around this stuff when asking so here you are.

RECOMENDED ARTICLE CMS (Free)
-Modified Wordpress
-Joomla (HaRD)
-Xoops

STYLES
There are hundreds out there. It depens on which CMS, I need to know a cms before a know what template
-Recomended for any cms/website CSS controls, easy to switch, can be nice looking, no cludering images.

currently using mambo/joomla CMS, must say that althought it may take some time to really get to know the cms and tweak it the way you want to, its soooooooooooooo easy now to make arbi pages one after another.

i've read that it usually takes about 5 minutes to make an arbi page, with the mambo joomla, i've got it down to about 10-12, that just cuz i dont know a whole lot of programming and fancy stuff like that.
