Newspaper / TV station LP templates?

I often see landing pages designed to mimic media outlets like newspapers. Many seem to come from the same few templates. Does anyone know where I can find those?

I know I could just copy the HTML, but some are PHP with features like geo-targeting and I'd like to have the full source. Plus, it's easier to have clean code.

Free would be great, but I'm willing to pay for top quality templates.
 


So you're saying to take a magazine-style Wordpress theme and ad geotargeting myself. Problem is that most of those themes aren't meant to sell stuff, they're just pretty magazines. Plus, I'm not too eager to spend my time tweaking code and fiddling with scripts if I can avoid it. I was hoping someone has a news-style landing page package readily available.
