Hey,

Just wondering what format yahoo answers uses for links and stuff... do you have to just put the link there or is there a format like HTML where you can have your own unique text?

Thanks.

Dude, in the time it took you to write this post you could have gone to Yahoo Answers and figured this out by answering a question there. WTF is wrong with you?

You have to post the full url, with http:// and everything. That will make it an active link. The value of the link in terms of SEO is debatable. I've seen that it is helpful in terms of getting a new site indexed (still takes time) but the main benefit is targeted traffic.

No matter what many say, nofollow works for indexing. Whether it will rank you for your term or not? Very little if any effect. There used to be a glitch where anchor text would still pass in some situations.
But yeah. Indexing will be helped.
