i made a little portfolio on carbonmade, fizal619.carbonmade.com

I am great with HTML/CSS, I can edit and install PHP scripts. I can make simple but effective JavaScripts. I did alot of extensive work on wordpress. More on the configuration side, plugins/seo.

It's not much, but I'm sure there are stuff I can do.

I see that you even have your own portfolio! Great, you can always try freelancing portals like oDesk, freelancer, guru or elance. You can choose to be paid hourly or fixed, it all depends on your preference. You will be hired as long as your application is good and you have nice work samples.
