1. What is a adsense farm? Is it just owning a bunch of MFA sites?

2. When someone refers to their MFA networks, is this different then a farm?

3. How many MFA sites is it safe to have on a shared hosting account using one adsense account?

4. If all SEO is whitehat and the sites are not interlinked, is it safe to have a large number of sites using the same adsense account?

3. Infinite. Just don't interlink and do crazy black hat stuff. One goes down, it's likely they all go down.
4. Yes. Hell, I use automated link building out the ass and have no problems. The income keeps increasing!

3. Do not go over 100 a day. The rumors related to that exist for a hell of a good reason. A huge chunk of people who go over go poof and nobody can pin down exactly why though there are shit ton of theories floating around. People who say quality content can get you past that safely are 100% full of shit.

I think you are mistaken...maybe per adsense unit id is but not per account. There are a shit ton of people who make more than $100 a day with one Adsense account. And you can only have one account unless you have a business account as well. I mean there may be a way to have multiple individual but that's stupid...And probably not worth getting shut down by G.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but when you're explaining this shit it's best to be as specific as possible. Theres a lot of bullshit information. Just saying.
 
If you're following TOS there's no reason you should be afraid to make over $100/day. If you're not following TOS, you're a ticking time bomb regardless.

So get to $100/day then sell the site?
 
Just use different info per site. It's never smart to put all eggs into one basket and it's going to make you regretting using the $5 Hostgator hosting to host all your websites. Hosting is cheap and you will definitely cover the hosting cost of each website if you do things right.
 
I have not shit sites and I do not worry about the $100/day barrier.
I guess if you plan on building shit then worry. why bother
 
Another option is to start diversifying your income sources. I.e. aff offers, other ad networks, dropshipping, amazon, ebay, etc.
