Hey people.

Im starting in this world i would like to know if 200$ is a good budget to start? And all the good tips you go just shout out, i will appreciate.

$200 won't get you too far, you could start by trying lower paying offers - e-mail submits/zip submits?

It's not much but at least you can gain a little experience with it. Find some advertising vouchers before you sign up with services to add some extra free money to your budget.

I started out with a little over $100 to invest. It's rough and at first you might not even break even with profits, but you will learn a lot.

So, just dive on in.

use coupons. I think YSM still has a $100 coupon and you only have to deposit $30. So a total of $130. That will boost you up to $300.

Have you considered the pure SEO option? Yes it takes longer and its frustrating if you get slapped, but other than time, it costs nothing, and everything you make is 100% profit. Once you rank you could dabble with PPC.

Just slinging these ideas out there...

How does YSM compare to Adcenter and AdWords?

Also, could you direct me to that $100 coupon?

Much obliged.

$200 is plenty, you don't need to do zip or email submits either. I got started with $200 and did a CPA offer that was $35 per lead and was profitable. hit me up on AIM if you have questions

one campaign.
split test (This is the biggest thing. I have ads where a single word change improved the response rate over 200%)
-landing pages (google website optimizer is an easy way to do this)
-site names (freeSTD.com vs free-STD.com)
-ads
tracking. Make this work BEFORE you go live. (I suggest prosper202, clickheat, and piwik)

$200 would be a good start for a PPC campaign with Google, MSN or Yahoo for a little while. But you'll need other stuff including some SEO link building. Do you already have your website set up?

1. Use the $200 to get hosting/domains/content/design work.
2. Once you have a fully functional site/landing page, get some coupons for Adwords.
3. Use the $50, $100, $150 (whatever) to test some long tail keywords.
4. See which keywords convert.
5. Use SEO to rank high in the search engines for converting keywords.
6. ???????
7. PROFIT!!!

Once you generate some income from SEO you can either keep at that and expand, or use some of the money to get into the PPC game with a meaningful budget.

Good luck, bro.

best advice for a newbie.

Anyone know where I can find vouchers for AdCenter, AdWords, YSM, or any of the others? I'm looking to get my feet wet soon.
