Hello,

If you don’t mind I want to ask you some questions regarding ecommerce platforms.

Our team is developing now a new webstore solution (startup) that should be launched in August and I am strongly interested in your opinion, guys.

1. If you are already using any of eCommerce platforms, what advantages and benefits can make you transfer to another one?

2. Are you satisfied with support, if it is provided?

3. What were the main difficulties you come across while building your webstore?

Your opinion really matters and will help me greatly.

My only advice is, if you're planning to compete in the eCommerce software market, I really hope you have a good team in place, because you're up against some massive competition.

Thanks, Kiopa_Matt, for your remark! Hope we have something interesting to offer. And we have a good team.

you guys have the same logo ?

Thank you, I noticed the same thing. Apart from some mods to the CSS, and a right column added to the page, it looks very similar to my admin panel. We're even sporting the same header icon.

Oh well, imitation is the best form of flattery I've been told.

Using Magento, OpenCart.

Size of ecosystem: number of developers, themes, plugins and support available.
2. Are you satisfied with support, if it is provided?

It's ok.

3. What were the main difficulties you come across while building your webstore?

Lack of good quality design themes with the functionality we're looking for (responsiveness, 1 page checkout, etc).

You have to make sure it is a full on ERP package, and make it standout among the others preferably built on an accessible language so it is open to customization to each subscribers dev department.
