New To WordPress h ave questions??

I just have a few questions regarding Wordpress i'm moving from blogspot to wordpress just like to know how do i go about installing a new template to word press.. Also a good place to get plugins and how to install them if there is a set way to install them..

Also i like to know how i can redirect my old blogger to word press??? Example: this person blog is michaelyon.blogspot.com buit when you click on it is redirected to his michaelyon-online dot com word press?

No thats not my blog i trying transfer my blog from blogspot to wordpress...I would like to know how i can rederict my old blog like the example above thats all....also i was looking around and found out that in order to use the plugins you have to download wordpress 2.1 so u must upload to your hosting company????? anyone

wordpress needs to be installed on your server to function on your website.

there are a bunch of servers out there that offer this as part of thier hosting package, to start with you need to make sure that they have php support.
