Hi, how many back links per day I can insert that won't hurt my new site?
and get me sandbox or banned in google eyes.

You need to try the forum search feature and read the sticky posts.

Doing it manually, you aren't likely to get enough backlinks to cause a problem.

If you add backlinks manually and not just spam your website links, you'll have no problem with google

Not really any hard number that is going to cause a problem. More than the number is the pattern of how you build your links. Do not drop a huge number on your site and then stop. What you want to do is pick a number you can sustain long term. It can be 10 or it can be 1000 as long as you keep building you will be ok. Now your site will bounce around at first but if you keep building those links you will be fine.

I usually add only a few links per day at max. Keep it low for the first few weeks, but keep it hard on the content. So update the site daily. And after a few weeks you can balance out the updating/link building.

I think a lot of white hat SEO guys get worried because black hatters are constantly breaking the rules and on the verge of getting banned, that the white hatters instinctively worry that what they're doing is "so wrong" that they could get banned. The internet is still pretty young, you can still get away with so much.

Don't worry about limiting your manual backlinks, go (relatively) nuts.

Disagree Train,

If this newbie can really crank them out, the G is not gonna like him too much.

I say roughly 5 per day, some days more, some days less, consistently, for as long as your brain can take it. Add some new content (like a few original articles) to your site and link there too. And link to different pages inside your website. It's more natural looking.

That natural look is important to G, so no automated crap. Do that, and the fluckin sandbox looms ahead. Slow and steady, even if it's a pain in the .....

i thinks if your domain is less then 1 month old maybe you should focus on content and then after around 2 months start nuking it.

If you can add 20 links or more a day then go for it. There is a thread going about someone's case study of blasting a brand new site with a blackhat type tool, and it was still getting ranked. You have to have some serious bulk spammy links for it to get deindexed. Plus a new site is going to do the google dance for a while, regardless of how many links to send to it

depending on the links, as long as you don't ping them, it takes time for google to index them anyways, so I wouldn't be too worried about it. let google find your links naturally

Its not like google will see 20 incoming links to your site if you added 20 links right now.

if you're doing things manually then you'll almost never have an issue, you simply won't be able to build links fast enough. Automated/outsourced is another story.
