NeverBlue's on holiday break or?

Newbie's coming.

I've applied for a NeverBlue account around 4 days ago, and received a mysql error at the last step. Then, when I was going to start over, the system showed my email address already existed. So, I wrote them an Email asking for help regarding this matter. Four days passed, still no reply from them.

Anyone has an idea on this?
 


Thanks for the suggestion! As I'm from Europe, phoning them might be my last step to take.
 
well like he said... calling them is the first step you should take if you want to get approved.
 
It doesn't matter where you are, calling is almost always faster than emailing. It just means you might have to get up at 5am to make the call.
