I was looking over some networks and some sites mention there tear level. I'm not exactly shore if lower is better or higher. Any help is greatly appreciated.
You definitely want to tear it high. A network with a high tear will be ok, but if the tear is low, it will lose too much water and you will just end up getting wet.
