Anyone here ever use Netfirms for webhosting? I have this for hosting on my first site and so far I don't like it. Anyone else have any experience with it? In particular using joomla! or wordpress that comes with netfirms?

Ive had them for almost a year. they were great for the first 7 months, but lately, theyve been sucking ass.
i get 500 internal server errors all the time, the server is occasionally down and even when its up its slow. and customer support is HORRIBLE.
until they get their shit together again, i suggest u not host with netfirms.
