I am looking for a programmer that can build a wordpress plugin (application). I need the application to do the same functions as this site (Lol Builder | Meowcheese). Once the user submits the picture will to be able to show the embed codes for each wordpress blog post. (EXAMPLE: http://meowcheese.com)
