Hetzner if you can get an account. I believe they are German based, I've tested just about all of them. They are the best. Just make sure you use private proxies, they aren't too fond of spam complaints.

If you need an unmanaged server, and don't need a high level of support, it's hard to find a better deal than OVH's cheap line (soyoustart.com).

Intel Xeon E3 1245v2, 32GB mem, 2x1TB SATA, $56/month. Up to 16 ip addresses, $3 setup fee for each, but no recurring costs for the ips.

Inventory goes in and out of stock a lot. If having the server in France is okay, you'll have better luck grabbing one that's in stock. The Canadian servers are out of stock more often.

No one is going to be able to beat OVH or hetzner on hardware prices. Both are easy to open accounts with just make sure you have a copy of your ID/Passport to send them. Make sure they remove VAT from your account if you are in the states. Be warned hetzner will not tolerate complaints of any kind. If you forget to enable proxies or something leaks you will lose the server.

If you are looking for BP stay away from GreenCloudVPS. They just resell OVH hardware and eventually your luck will run out. greencloudvps is a scam.

LeapSwitch offer dedicated server in USA 4 GB DDR3 RAM, X3440 Quad Core with HT, Unmetered bandwidth and 100mbps - Just $49/month

datashack is good but they rent from wholesaleinternet.... or maybe it's the way around, I can't remember. but one is definitely a better value than the other.

also checkout EGI hosting and serverhub

protip: buy proxies and lookup each IP in ARIN database to see who owns it. Also do a "traceroute IP" command in case there is a DNS name that gives away a hosting provider.

As per my view GoDaddy or HostGator will be the best possible result for you as they are really reliable and well renowned companies even their charges is not so high so you may have a look on their price plan as well as all features.

Hostforweb and Tmzvps gets my vote, if you are looking for dedicated servers, go with them.
