Need Splash page advertisers

Hey I'm looking for a full page(splash) advertiser(you link to a page that is 100% dedicated to their ad and it has a "continue" or "skip this ad" link). Anyone know of any good ones? I found one a long time ago, I can't remember what it was. I think it paid $9cpm.

Yeah, Adbrite has interstitals... $10 CPM minimum, 70% net to you. ValueClick Media also runs them, but for much lower rates.
