Need some ideas to monetize contact DB

im looking for some ideas on monetizing dbs of contact information. I worked in ad tech for a few years, so I know a bit about back end tech, ppc and ad networks, but need some help with coming up good strategies for monetization.

data is contact info for parents of students in Europe. It has name, address, email, phone (some mobile some land line), name of student, and age/school year of student. Students are in all school years up to end of high school. I've got a lot of records.

only ideas as a bit of a newb in this kind of stuff are LP's for generating leads for selling online courses like TEFL, or finding affiliate programmes from online universities or online courses.

How many records do you have?

Once you reach about 50K+ you can offer a "data card" for lease to a list rental place. Depending on the data, you can expect anywhere from $150-350 CPM, they keep like 50% and will manage/market it for you.

Since your data is not B2B / corporate, it may be worth less.
