Need some help with my WP MU cannot find the plugins I uploaded

I installed WP MU I uploaded all my stored templates and plugins but I cannot find the plugins I uploaded so I can activate them. I went to my cpanel file manager opened the folder were the plugins are stored and they are all there. Does anyone have a idea whats wrong.

Make sure you activate the plugins usage from the options panel of the WPMU admin. Is at the bottom of the page.
 
And if you put them in "mu plugins" they wont be visible but are supposed to auto activate.... I usually put them in "plugins" and use plugin commander myself.
 
I am trying to find the wp-plugins folder my MU does not have one only mu-plugins in the wp-content folder. Will it be ok if I just add a folder called wp-plugins?
