Need Recommendation CPA in Los Angeles area

So i've been asking a couple in my area and most of them either not accepting new clients or need referrals. 2009 was my first year full time so I really need someone that are willing to help newbie and doesn't overcharge. Any recommendations on CPA in long beach?
How do you choose them?
What to expect?
And how do they charge you?
