Need Pixel Created

I am looking to hire someone that will create a pixel for me. My apologies if this isn't posted to the right section.

I have a code that I need to place in the offer thank you page. The offer isn't mine and they can't edit the html. They can only place pixels through the offers hitpath pixel page.

So What I need is help creating some sort of pixel that will work and fire correctly without the need to edit the offer owner thank you page.

I know this is simple for someone with the right skills, if you can do this please pm me with rate and how you would do it. I can also provide more specific details.

Don't mean to be rude, but it sounds like you're asking for a way to cookie stuff on other peoples offers? Not sure if thats right but thats what it sounds like to me.
