So it's time for some questions about legal stuff boys :D

So lets say I register a company in Hong Kong (main/holding company) and then register another company (shell company) in Delaware, US.

Will I have to pay taxes in Delaware on all the earnings we make in the US? Or just all the earnings we make in Delaware? Or will all the earnings be accounted for to the business in HK (and taxes paid there)?

Thanks a lot for any answers!

This thread is now in memory of the great Winston Churchill.

Here is a picture of him holding a Cigar, enjoy bros.

And now for some random quotes:

"There is no such thing as a good tax." - Winston Churchill

"We contend that for a nation to tax itself into prosperity is like a man standing in a bucket and trying to lift himself up by the handle." - Winston Churchill

"Some see private enterprise as a predatory target to be shot, others as a cow to be milked, but few are those who see it as a sturdy horse pulling the wagon." - Winston Churchill

"Nancy Astor: “Sir, if you were OP, I would give you poison.”
Churchill: “If I were OP, I would take it.” - Winston Churchill

Please tell me you are trolling with this question.

No I am actually genuinely serious. I'm not a US citizen and have never opened a business there (therefor have no clue how their tax system works).

Enlighten me kind, dear, Sir!

Read title, was hoping you made a revenge porn site.

You know what I have been asking myself now for my whole e-life? What is up with this gif? Is the girl seriously a tranny, or did they somehow "fake" the penis coming out of her vagina? Either way, it is definitely hot.

Mind to give me some clarification and confirm that I am not into trannies?

Where you do hold citizenship is a significant factor if an Attorney were to advise you.

If you're an American:

1. Acquire another citizenship.
2. Get residency in a country w/o an income tax
3. Drop US citizenship
4. Live the Miller High Life.

Obama always wants his cut. Cut him out of the loop.

Or, ask an illegal alien lawyer in California. They can now practice law legally.

don't pay taxes in either place. It's ok since you're not going to be making profit anyway

It's real, and she's hilarious.

Can you hook me up with some good cigars? Full body, at least a 1.5 hour smoke. Thanks.

I realize that people like you need to grow their e-penis and e-self-confidence-ratio daily by ridiculing others that are trying to build something on their own.

But we both know that you "have been there" as well. How helpful were all the trolls in solving your particular problem?
So instead of trolling next time (only the second post in this thread was actually funny, your attempt was rather shitty) - sit down and think about what you're just about to post. If it is an attempt to troll, why not refrain from contributing your 2cents to the discussion?

"Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that but the really great make you feel that you too can become great. When you are seeking to bring big plans to fruition it is important with whom you regularly associate. Hang out with friends who are like-minded and who are also designing purpose-filled lives. Similarly be that kind of a friend for your friends." - Mark Twain
