My initial feedback:

Need more sales copy text to hype people up more. Change fonts and/or backgrounds in a 'block' of text to break up the page a bit more.
The location for me says: Melbourne, 07. I assume you're using a script so you might want to fix it
You have blacked out too much in the cheque photo, there no detail anymore and you can't even reallt tell it's a cheque
The comments look fake. You need to differentiate them more and possibly even use tiny photos of people's heads, etc.

All in all, not a bad first try..

^ Sound advice. I would also add a larger call to action hyperlink at the end of the blog post.

Add more pictures to go along with the story in the bio. Maybe "Shannon" has bought a new house after being evicted or a car, etc etc.

For some reason, I'm not feeling the picture of the product under the bio. It looks fake to me and I wouldn't click on it. Instead, try getting a screenshot of the offer page, so people know what to expect when they click on your link. This works better for review style pages IMO, but could possibly work for a flog as well depending on how you present it.

k, ill ad some more sales text, the script im using is for city/state in the US, this offer is only valid in the US so I'm not too concerned with other countries ATM...

ok, ill put a new cheque in there, blank less out.

as for the comments, i dont know how to make them look realistic, if anyone could help me out with that with some code, feel free

The text affiliate links at the end dont work. They just go to a "page not found"

ok guys, tuned some things up, still need to get the comments squared away, and i may add one more pic of the offer to the page

Haven't you heard? flogs are dead.

Wait... are they really dead dead? Like I should consider not launching one? I thought all the legal acai stuff was just because of oprah, not necessarily the flog format. Anything advice on disclaimers and shit to throw in to cover my ass legally?

Actually it is only false advertising depending on how you present the product. If you take the approach of saying "I lost 30 pounds and became cured of cancer using X diet pills" That would be false, because your product does not cure cancer, and probably does not let people lose that amount of weight.

If however, you say "I lost 30 pounds and beat cancer, oh and also I recommend diet pills X" You are simply making a recommendation about diet pills, not making any advertisement claims. Most people will be too stupid to realize that though.

I am sure that there are still a few legal grey areas with flogs even with that technique but I think it helps to cover you a bit. Also if you throw in something at the bottom that says this page is a work of creative writing and intended for entertainment purposes only. Any similarities to actual people is coincidence and not implied.
