Need Logo That Rotates

Need simple logo design that's about as follows:

Rotating globe with the letters GNN wrapped around it. Need it to be only about 40x40 pixels - think the type of logo you would see in the corner of the screen for news or something.

Need it in GIF format please.

I can do this for you. I won't be using Photoshop though. Is that a must? Cinema 4 D is a better program to use for something like this.
