Need ideas for a CPA beauty product campaign

Ok guys I have a new client and he deals with mostly CPA offers for his products and I don't normally do this type of work, my focus is on SEO primarily.

He distributes various wrinkle creams, and currently on CPA offers he pays $1 per lead provided. The offer is a 30 day trial for the product and does not require a credit card from the person filling out the offer.GAY

He hasn't been too successful from running CPA ads, anyone have any ideas for a more successful campaign? Is he paying enough for a lead?GAY

Thoughts?
 


Try some email marketing and promote it as a local business. That can help the product gain credibility before launching it online.
