Need hosting recommendations for file/image hosting site

Just got booted from hostgator and I need to move this site, I need 1,000+ GB of transfer 100+ GB of storage/month.

Some sort of VPS I would imagine, cPanel would be preferred.

check out Powweb like little over $5 a month with 3g transfer.. Worth a shot looking at them. I recently bought a domain with them, customer support has been great and no problem with service.
