Need High Quality Web Designer for WP Theme

Hey everyone,

I am looking for a high quality WP theme designer who can either code a unique WP theme or easily edit a pre-made WP theme for me.

The project is for an iPhone Unlock website, I need a complete WP theme either custom coding or editing, however it is fairly straight forward nothing difficult.

Here are some examples:
