So I've been doing social media marketing through Facebook, Twitter, and other various sites for time.

Got good at building creative campaigns, and raising companies online presence.

I was contacted locally by somewhere where I live, they want to pay me to come in, do a 2 hours of some "consulting"...

He wants me to give his team a 2 hour crash on social media for dummies. course for $750

Of course in 2 hours, I can't possibly explain everything. Just wondering if anything who has consulting experience, would explain somewhat of a method on how I should handle this. Which areas I should focus on, etc, etc. Main teaching points.

Any help would be greatly appreciated... thanks.

Give them an introduction via email a week before the program. Let them review it and list all the Questions they have for you.
For the 2 hours that you will be in their place that will be an easy Q&A portion. Also tell them that if they extend the training a corresponding payment will be needed. etc etc. Answer all their questions and if you have extra time give them something to use for their own campaign :)

Keep it simple. Dont assume they know anything about what your going to be training them on.

Make sure you have a written outline for everyone that's going to be attending your training. Try to show them a simple system they can implement to put their program in place and what they need to do to be effective. You said you have been doing social media for a while so figure out some tasks you can leave behind for them to work on. Give them enough to keep em busy. Ask your contact what areas they have concerns with that they want covered.

Do a good job under promise, over deliever and leave something to come back and teach for the future.
