Need help with affiliate marketing ideas

Hi Everyone,

My company just started a new affiliate program and I've been asked to put together an affiliate marketing document that will help our affiliates get started promoting our service.

So far, the suggestions I've written about are:

1. Setting up a blog and writing related content to what your promoting
2. Posting in forums
3. Posting on social networking sites
4. Direct marketing
5. Pay-per-click campaigns to get your link out there

Any other suggestions on what I could include in this document would be excellent.
