I just checked on a old wp blog I have and it looks like its infected or corrupted. Its setting off my anti virus with somekind of hounddog infection something like that.
" The wp-content/blogs.php file is deprecated. "
Should I just delete the whole thing and replace it with a new one? What link back damage would it have if I do it. Its about 3 or 4 years old and about a pr3.

So you mean go to my wp folder and make sure that the permissions are set to 777 or whatever for it to be unwritable?
I already clicked on the auto upgrade and it gave me the warning " The wp-content/blogs.php file is deprecated. " and to delete a file and replace it with another I think I should just delete the whole site and add a new wp blog just worried I will have a mess of broken links and loose all the link backs not sure.

Personally, I would backup your WP database. Backup your wp-content/uploads folder (make sure there's no scripts in it or files you don't know about.) Delete your wordpress folder (particularly easy to do if you used a known theme straight as it is). Re-upload a fresh copy of wordpress, the themes, and your uploads file, edit the wp-config.php with your database information.

Also change your password, and stop using the FTP protocol, use SFTP/SSH/SCP if you can. And run an updated virus scan on your own machine.

I just checked and the permissions on the files and folders in my wp blog are almost all set to 644.

talked to my gatorhost support and they found in my wp template that may be causing the trouble the live support told me to email tech support and they would look into it the code or text they found not sure if its part of a script or what it just looks like a url.
Here is the url they found:
