Need help regarding my website

Hello there,
I have a Carpet Cleaning Company and also have a website. Last few days my website is going down on Google Search Engine. I don't have any idea why my website is going down before it was the first page on Google. My website address is Perfect Carpet Cleaning Service by E Carpet Cleaners. Can anyone suggest me what I have to do for this issue? Thanks in advance.

I think this happened due to changes in google like google panda, etc.

And it affect various site. Find for bad link and disavow.
