Need Assistance on New Website

So I decided to jump in and create a social network meets adult directory. Simple terms a site where webmasters, entertainers, and hobbyists can all join and market their services etc. Now that I have it all created, I realized that I have no idea how to find body rub girls, cam girls, webmasters or the like to actually join the site.

Most guides I've read, from here and the hundreds of other places, focus on finding people to visit the site and never actually talk about how to get the entertainers and strip clubs and all those great people to join.

So now I'm jumping in the newbie section hoping that someone here can help me with this problem.

I can see the body rub girls on backpage and those other sites but I dont exactly feel like calling them and asking them to create an ad on my site is the right thing to do. Is it?

Where the hell do I find these entertainers? How do the guys like backpage actually do it? Or how do i get them to come to me? Is there a secret community or website that I can go to and have them join my website?

Most entertainers are obviously busy entertaining and doing their shit offline. Its like you created a Car reselling site where you actually dont know where to get cars to resell.

2 choices, Get back to zero and prepare the core before you actually create a site or invest in your project, contact girls and offer them a basic salary to chat people on your site so you can jumpstart the campaign

I see a few options here.
1. Contact a data collections agency that has business-to-business email lists. Buy the list and start blasting.
2. Hire someone to create/scrape that list for you. There are plenty of freelancers ready to scrape yellowpages and other directories where those type of entries might already exist. Gather emails and phone numbers and start blasing.
3. Small budget? Do the above yourself.

Obviously you should create compelling email and make sure you present your idea in a mind-capturing manner.

What is the scale of your operation? Are you going local (NY), national (USA) or global (A-Z)?

This seems like very little thought was put into this.

You're going to have to fake it for awhile until the site seems active enough to attract quality talent. Create fake profiles, have them interact with each other. Post classifieds to legit cam sites. Maybe pull in listings from other sites for a while. Get creative with it.

Best bet is to get on the phone with someone from established sites and try to figure out some kind of way to piggyback off their success.

Is it possible to PM the entertainers on other similar 'cam' or entertainment sites? I would think these girls might have an interest in your site if it offered more than what they are getting now or provided other avenues for work. Just starting out though, there is going to be no established traffic (especially if you don't have entertainers advertising or listed there), so that could be a hindrance to getting anyone on site.
