Need an accountant and/or lawyer

Hey ya'll
It's time to grow past a sole proprietorship as I can already tell my taxes are going to be a mess in '11 if I don't do so quick fast in a hurry.

Anyone have a accountant and/or lawyer you'd recommend that doesn't cost an arm, leg and firstborn? Looking to talk to someone about what options would be best for me (Inc/LLC/LLP etc) - prefer to work with someone that already has a clue about what internet marketing/affiliate marketing is so I don't have to educate them.

Where you at, Bro? Got some good ones in Chi-town area, but I don't think they do distance work- you need a local guy, as there has to be a certain amount of face time...

I would find a local. This is too important to find some one out of state. My accountant is great and no need to understand aff space. It's about money.

Know local would be best but I'm overseas for the foreseeable future - need someone willing to help me sort out my options and what would be best for me now, not when I get back
